Hanover Legal's Founder and President, Jack Zaremski, Esq., is a legal recruiting professional with twenty years of practice and recruiting experience.
Mr. Zaremski is a graduate of the Phillips Exeter Academy (1978), Dartmouth College (B.A. 1983) and Harvard Law
School (J.D. 1987).
After completing his law studies at Harvard, Mr. Zaremski was awarded a Fulbright sponsored scholarship for foreign study in Jerusalem and served as a law clerk to Justice Aharon Barak, President of the Supreme Court of Israel. He practiced as an associate with Dewey Ballantine in New York and Alan M. Dershowitz of Harvard Law School before joining the legal recruiting industry.
A romance languages major at Dartmouth, Mr. Zaremski has lived in France, Spain, Italy and Israel and is fluent in French, Spanish, Italian and Hebrew and is proficient in Arabic.
He is also an avid distance runner and triathlete.
He has competed in numerous marathons including New York, Boston, Cape Cod, Alaska, Tel-Aviv and Dublin, and has completed several triathlons including, at the Olympic distance, Westchester, Montauk and New York City, at the half Ironman distance, California, St. Croix and Chile, and at the full Ironman distance, France and most recently the 2007 New Zealand Ironman.
He is a member of the Special Committee of the New York State Bar Association for Balanced Lives and the Law, the Leadership Council of the Republican Jewish Coalition, and the Harvard Club of New York City where he has served as Chairman of the Athletics Committee and also on the Board of Managers.
He is frequently quoted in Crain's New York Business magazine as well as other publications on issues relating to the legal market.
